Official SSG REAPER policy

User Data Deletion

Effective date: September 2, 2026 · Last updated: September 3, 2026

You may disconnect an account or request deletion of data associated with SSG REAPER at any time.

Disconnect platform access

  1. Open the connected-app, Business Integration, Apps and Websites, or security settings for the applicable platform.
  2. Remove or revoke SSG REAPER.

Revocation stops future API access but may not delete information already retained by the service.

Request deletion

  1. Email sargesgaming@gmail.com with the subject SSG REAPER Data Deletion Request.
  2. Identify the platform connection and provide the minimum account identifier needed to locate it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, or government identification.
  3. We may ask for a limited verification step to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify OAuth credentials, connection records, cached account and content data, analytics data, webhook records, and other information associated with the request that SSG REAPER controls.

Timing and exceptions

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or platform obligations. Backup copies are removed through normal retention cycles.

Confirmation

We will confirm completion by email and provide a non-secret reference identifier. To check status or appeal the handling of a request, reply to that email or contact sargesgaming@gmail.com. If a platform itself retains data, deletion must also be requested from that platform under its own policy.
