Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of SSG REAPER. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the rules of each connected platform.
1. Service
SSG REAPER provides owner-authorized social content, analytics, moderation, messaging, and workflow features through official APIs. Available functions depend on platform approval, account type and role, permissions, quotas, plans, and service availability.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must satisfy each platform’s age and eligibility requirements and may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Authorization and account security
Connections use platform OAuth or another officially supported authorization method. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, protecting your devices and accounts, and revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use. SSG REAPER does not ask for connected-account passwords.
4. Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful, authorized activity. You must not use it to violate platform policies, intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass security or rate limits, distribute malware, manipulate engagement, harass others, or send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
5. Content and actions
You retain responsibility for content, instructions, and account actions submitted through the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to publish or process that content. Platform review, moderation, removal, or account enforcement may occur independently of SSG REAPER.
6. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their APIs, permissions, quotas, pricing, review requirements, and availability may change or be suspended. SSG REAPER does not control those services.
7. Privacy
Information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are described in Data Deletion.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication, delivery, analytics accuracy, or continued platform access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSG REAPER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost content, lost profits, account restrictions, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or discontinue the service. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform access at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
